Very disappointing experience.
My father recently bought a property in Mysore, and JK Properties completely failed in their responsibility after taking their commission. They collected an advance amount from us for the Khata change, but did not complete the Khata process nor refunded the money. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response or support. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Would not recommend their services to anyone.
